Migraine is a series of digital canvases, born from the encounter between traditional photography and digital explorations in image creation.
On my canvases, the blend of photography from my past and my present, provides the final visual product with a relevancy that is independent from the context of instantaneity.
Echoing the techniques of classical painting, I operate layer by layer, mixing blank digital workspaces with altered photographic impressions: scans, engravings, cutouts, collages, splatters… I then set out to assemble my digital canvases, like bodies being sewn back up after their fragmentation.
I try to avoid feeling curbed by the limitations of an immutable photographic medium, by turning figurative elements into abstract tableaux.
My first role is that of archivist of my own productions, and then of gatherer within my own crop.
The emotional darkness showcased through my photographic canvases conveys the idea of a calming murmur, echoing the peaceful quietness of spaces like churches, cemeteries, or post-violence deserted scenes.
Migraine is an organised mess built on heavy reflexion. In it, I see a buffet-full of my fears and dreams, as if I had been gutted without violence.

DESCRIPTION
AUTHOR
Lifestyle, design, fashion and music photographer I show what I see, what’s attracting my eyes. I work between analogic and digital, either in the studio or as a street photographer.
When I look deeply I always find a certain charm into things. What can be banal can also be very interesting if you take time to really look at it.
This is why I like to use differently some of my photos. I choose multi supports, focus on a particular detail. More working on the artistic side to make a normal photography special.
I did 2 exhibitions, Youth a lifestyle photographic exhibition in a gallery in Paris on 2022. Witch came with a photo book call YOUTH 01.
And my last exhibition, Apophysis, an artistic photographic exhibition, in a gallery sponsored by Budweiser in Paris on 2024.
As a music photographer I'm doing covers, concerts, social media, press kit, backstage. Official photographer for Twin Blade and Free Zorba the Hooligan. As a fashion photographer I used to be a light and photographer assistant and then I started to work with designers as a creative director and photographer. As for the design photographer I'm working with interior design and architect.
