Dreaming Shortly is a conceptual fashion series that was created as a final project for my photography degree show.
Recycling and reusing old materials is a big part of my personal work. By doing this I want to criticise the way reusable materials, clothing, interior and even living spaces too often gets thrown away or is left unattended and cared for.
I want to give the clothing and materials a new meaning in a fashion context to show in a creative way the possibility of beauty in recyceling and second hand materials and clothing.
This is why it is important to me to point out that all clothes, materials, shoes and accessories used on the models in this series have been found around my family home, been given to me, or bought at car boot sales. Everything else that is shown, came with the location which is an abannoned house in the south of Norway.
