Abstract nominee

"ARCHIMETRIE" is an ongoing project since 2008. It is also a new word connecting 'architecture' and 'symmetry' as the symmetry of real architecture and its conceptual idea. Those three photographs were taken in Cottbus Library (project by HERZOG & DE MEURON). This building is the place were photographer needs to be patient and has to admire what he sees.

Anka Gregorczyk - focused on modern urban landscape and visual reinterpretation of the human space. Her artistic intrests are directed towards artdocumentary photography. Creator of FOTSPOT. She creates photographic duo with Łukasz Szamałek. Member of the The Association of Polish Art Photographers. Scholar of the Marshal of Wielkopolska Region and stipendist of the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage in 2018.
