These are a few of my personal favorite shots from my work. My focus is less on the people of New York, and more on the urban structures that make it unique. If you'll notice, there are very few people shown in the pictures, almost giving the feeling of an abandoned city.
I try to create contrast by focusing both on what people might consider "beautiful" or "iconic," such as the Brooklyn Bridge and the nighttime shot of East Broadway, while also focusing on what people might consider "ugly" or "gritty," such as the dock with the Graffiti or the abandoned piano lying by the East River.
The HDR sometimes can bring out the beauty in things that could normally go unnoticed to the eye, and this is what I aim to show with my work.

DESCRIPTION
AUTHOR
I originally studied TV Production in Miami, and started photography after moving to NYC. My inspiration came when befriending and eventually working with some of the city's street artists. I fell in love particularly with the HDR style, which then became my signature style.
After having sold my work on the streets on Manhattan and Brooklyn, I eventually was accepted to sell my work at the Columbus Circle Holiday Markets. This helped expose my work to people from all around the globe. I always sold my work hands-on, and got to know my customers directly, which in turn, gave me more inspiration to shoot.
I became a featured artist at Argo Tea in Manhattan as well, and my work can be seen on their walls. To this day, I continue my search for the unconventional, the abandoned, and the grit that constantly inspires me to shoot.
