There is nothing like a day with fresh falling snow. There is a sense of a fresh start, clean, crisp and a new beginning. It cleanses the mind and renews the spirit.
When a fresh snow abounds, it's easy to consign my daily responsibilities and challenges, pack the camera and head out for some personal play time!
It's a time of exploration and discovery, a time to look for the subtle light that softens the harsh blunt light of a clear sunny day. Snow days, are days when the tones of the gray scale come to life, blackness opens up and bright white abates. Snow days are black and white and gray days!
