Tall, Small & Stranded (Series)
DESCRIPTION
This series is an exploration of the relationship between the natural human form, and nature's own artistic beach-side rock formations. By using black & white 35mm film, the womanly figure's conversation with, and responses to the curves of the caves are able to be documented organically, allowing focus on the textures, shadows, highlights and shapes presented in each image. Whether tall and proud, small and hidden, or stranded and forgotten - She forms a special bond with the landscape and is able to express the emotion she feels within the natural scenery.
