Frozen Bay (Series)
DESCRIPTION
I took the "Frozen Bay" series in January 2016. It was one of those rare days we had snow in Berlin. I took my camera and went for a walk. Not far from my house there is a bay called "Rummelsburger Bucht". When I arrived there I discovered all those structures in the icecap. I was impressed by the diversity of figures. I stayed for a couple of hours to capture those mysterious structures created by nature. I was lucky, because a few days later all those pictures were gone: It soon got warmer, the ice began to melt as well as the snow. Thus my frozen bay disappeared.
