Clock: Salvador Dali Style (Single)
DESCRIPTION
While I was walking in St. Gallen :: CH, in a warmer day after a heavy snow, I have noticed the reflection of the church tower on the puddles of water. I started to work around this nice and uneven reflections, because of the cobblestone pavement. In this position, I have noticed the distorted clock. Suddenly I have remembered a painting from Salvador Dali: The Persistence of Memory. I have rotated the image and post processed.
AUTHOR
Born 1965. 9 years Biology & Comp. Sc. study in US. 1994 EIU Meritorious Biology Student Award & Bradley Un. Academic Excellence Grad Scholarship. Living in Switzerland. Married with one daughter. I had my first camera @7: Kodak Vintage Box:) Until last 3 years, it was only for remembrances. Last 3 years, I try to read and experiment as much as I can, in between my daily chores. Photography is not only in blood but in every single cell now. I capture, post process, print FA and try alternative techniques: albumen, cyanotype, gum arabic and carbon (the most difficult until now). I am a member of Swiss Photo Hist. Society. In 2015, I have exhibited my photography in a local bank and during an activity of the society. As my daily work and family responsibilities get heavier, I spare less time for photography trips. I don't go anywhere without a camera. That is why, now I am trying to extract the beauties that surround us every day and everywhere. I like it very much. Forces me to see unobvious. I do all this just for the pure love of it. I wish to see how my photos measure up.
