Civic Center Details (Series)
DESCRIPTION
The South County Civic Center in Delray Beach, Florida is a municipal building used for club and association meetings. It could have been as bland and formulaic as most such buildings are, but, in this case, someone went out on a limb and added some architectural details. These details, these decorative flourishes, create a dynamism and beauty that speaks to me. This is my tribute to the South County Civic Center.
