In this series I have tried to draw attention to the continuous expectation of perfection which is so prevalent in the consumerism of today’s society. It’s no secret that we live in the “Age of Instant gratification.”Out with the old and in with the new” became ubiquitous. Stuff’………… is everwhere! How “old” does it have to be before it is discarded? Apparently not very! If there is one thing that this series has taught me is that what is perceived as ‘ugly’ and ‘worn out’ is only in the mind,
Ugly can be beautiful!

In my work as a photographer I love to use the ‘human body’ as a way to explore the emotions of self discovery, where body form is influenced by inner feelings, sometimes dark and complex.I try to invoke an
