DESCRIPTION
This photograph was produced on location (old house). I took the black rubbish bags and taped them together in order to create the models dress.
It resulted in creating very surreal concept with a good use of unusual props.
I believe it demonstrates some of today`s world biggest problems – waste and pollution, in readable way. The whole idea is sneaked into this fashion picture but at the same time does not become too obvious.
I feel that this work is a good representation of fashion story telling as it is able to attract the viewer, and then, to lead him to the theme.

Andrew Tarnawczyk opens the doors to the bizarre universe of dreams, fears and hopes. The viewer is dropped into this parallel world where everything is different. His photography blends elements of reality and fantasy. It is a mixture of beautiful and grotesque. His work has this characteristic raw and dark feel to it. It is also full of symbols and often tells a story. This kind of photography is an alternative to conventional fashion images that focus predominately on beauty and clothing.
