When I was walking around this area something caught my attention just in the corner of my eye and as I was walking closer I stumbled upon what is to date the most complete composition I have ever seen.
Only appearing in such a fashion during low tide this is truly a hidden gem.
I simply did not want the moment to end, which also was what I tried to translate to the image.
Combining focus stacking, high dynamic range and also long exposure was needed to properly tell the story of this moment, nature had set the stage for me and I still feel very lucky to have experienced it.

DESCRIPTION
AUTHOR
I am a night- and landscape photographer from Northern Norway.
Photography to me just makes me feel alive, it forces me to tap into my creativity and the way nature makes me feel, when I can translate that to an image that is when I know I am successful.
I believe at the heart of any photographer there should be a strong body of work, hence I do little to no marketing and only enter a few contests in a year, so when it comes to awards and such there is little to mention.
I have however been shortlisted in the Astronomy Photograher of the Year contest 3 years in a row now.
