Wrangell–St. Elias National Park and Preserve (Series)
DESCRIPTION
America's largest National Park is one of my first photo projects. Hiking days after days on glaciers, between thick bushes and dirt, swamps, lakes and rivers carrying all my photographic equipment gave me the chance to capture what very few have seen and even fewer photographed. An ode to the aesthetics of nature. End of June in Alaska, where the sun light never goes away and you can photograph anytime you want. The photographer's heaven!

About
Born in Greece, I realized the importance of aesthetics early in life. I moved to New York 4 years ago, and the study of aesthetics has become the main focus in my photography. Nature is my passion but I love bringing out the essence in all kinds of landscapes (rural, urban).
Inspirations
Photography as a deductive form of art is what first intrigued me. My inspirations include society's trends, and love as an eternal and universal value. There are multiple photographers that influence the way I visualize reality. Most importantly, landscapes of Adam Mansell and Lewis Baltz inspire me, as well as Gary Winogrand’s Street Photography.
