Night Photography nominee

I wanted to photograph the milky way on Pokljuka plateau for some time and I decided that the abandoned village of Javornik meadows is a perfect spot. I used Stellarium application to determine the milky way would be positioned right above the middle cottage. I used a candle to create the soft light on the cottage.

I am a photographer from Slovenia who love taking photos. The majority of the photos are from Slovenia, a hidden jewel of Europe, showing high Alpine peaks, emerald rivers, vineyard countryside, medieval castles, thriving cities and the small but distinctive coast.
