Having got into Lake Tekapo a few hours before sunset I decided to explore around the lake to see if I could find a good vantage point to view the sunset.
I was lucky to find this area, located away from the crowds of tourists, where there was a field of lupines located right next to the lake with the beautiful mountains in the background.
