An ongoing project focusing on the rural life in the northern part of Lithuania, a country that has been under soviet rule since the second world war until 1991. While the major cities are thriving modern places, the life in the countryside hasnt changed much since the times the soviet union left the country.

A Lithuanian photographer based in Leicester, UK. Currently in his final year in Demontfort University, Leicester, doing photography and video. Living in the United Kingdom for nearly 6 years, Tomas has developed a passion for the outdoors and simplicity, developing a passion for documentary photography Tomas has started travelling to Lithuania to document the rural life in Lithuania 25 years past the Soviet occupation. As well as working with Ex military personnel in the UK.
