Photomanipulation nominee

Imagination presents a "Mary Poppins Like" family celebration. All subjects are members of the artists family. People were photographed using a green screen and added to the photograph at a later time. The art work is constructed from 15 separate photographs. Individual images were photographed over a period of 10 months. Yes, the barn in photograph is a real bard; and, it does have a cow attached. And, the statue or whatever of the flamingo exists and stands about 40 feet tall.

Walter Healey photographs have been awarded by the Sony World Photography Competition and the LENS2015 International Photography Competition. His art is exhibited in the Cedarburg Art Museum, Museum of Wisconsin Art, and Cedarburg Cultural Center. For the past months Healey has been photographing lighthouses and other interesting scenery in the Great Lakes region of the United States, in a fine art style. The portfolio "Lighthouses and Such" includes 54 images. The Weyenberg Library Gallery will be exhibiting the entire portfolio in May and June, 2016.
