I have always been attracted to the dynamics of functional design and the many structural constructs that result from human engineering. I find the physical structures to be one of the most photographically interesting subjects. Man made structures offer the opportunity to explore details and the complexity of intersecting light and shapes.
While exploring our city park Forest Park in St. Louis, I was a looking at some rows of trees near the St. Louis Art Museum when I turned around and saw these really interesting shades of gray, shapes and texture of the exterior of the buiding.
