DESCRIPTION
These works are part of an ongoing series on our natural environment. The eery magic of the forest holds an intriguing charm, and the endless hours spent walking, photographing and reflecting, have only deepened my intense fascination with the forestral scenery.
To me, the experience of the forest not only involves what can be seen with the eyes, but also the concert of scents and the light dancing and spreading through the trees. The movement of the air through the majestic architecture of the trees, both upright and broken, at the same time growing and degenerating, creates a metaphysical space in which the full circle of life is present simultaneously.
