This spot in Mount Field NP is well known in Tasmania and it’s quiet funny because I had seen so many pictures of it that I didn’t want to photograph it. Finally, after two days in the lake Pedder area with a very bad weather and without any beautiful light, I decided to stop there a morning before to go home. The light was nice and warm with this sun still low in the sky, no one was there then I spent two hours walking in the river and trying to find a good composition for this picture.
That was during my one year trip around Australia.
