“Mitos Submarinos" is the second part of a wider project La Isla (The Island) started in 2010 and will be in progress probably until 2017.
The natural evolution of this self-financed project has brought to its division into five parts and themes: El Origen (The Origin), Mitos Submarinos (Submarine Myths), El Vinculo (The Bond), El Circulo (The Circle), El Hijo (The Son) of which the first two are about to be published, the next two are in progress and the last is still at an embryonic state.
It expands from Photography to Video art showing a way of relating to nature that has been lost in our civilization.
By showing bodies in their nudity humans are undressed of the veils of modern society connecting with the original state of being, bringing freedom through the acceptance of the body in all its real splendor and escaping fear that prevails in our society.
The island is a symbolic microcosm that contains the whole world.
Models and performers for photographs and film amount to eighty two for now, coming from eighteen different countries and are all connected to the same island, Ibiza.

Visual artist with deep interest in documentary projects, he has always practiced pho-
 tography as a passion and as a pursuit of knowledge.
After graduating in psychology in 2005 with a thesis on visual perception, he begins
 his professional work in the photo reportage and portraits.
In 2007, the series called Passages of Time becomes in Turin his first solo exhibition curated by Valeria De Simoni.
In 2011 the series End of Reality, is selected for Italian Emerging Photography by
 Laura Serani and projected in France, Turkey and Italy.
In the same year he directs his first shortfilm Zapatos Rojos and founds the production group Sustancias Activas.
In his latest project “La Isla” (2010-2013), where the island is an archetypal site and a
 place in which man is free to give life to new utopias of regeneration, he has combined
 photography and video at the same time counting with the participation of more than 70 performers.
He completes his formation participating in workshops with: Patrizia Savarese, Ferdi-
 nando Scianna, Francesco Jodice, Francesco Zizola, Stefano De Luigi, Angelo Turet-
 ta, Micael Ackerman, Alessandra Sanguinetti, Ander Petersen.
At present he lives and works between Genoa, Madrid and Ibiza.
