Foss a Sidu (Series)
DESCRIPTION
The Foss a Sidu falls lie near Kirkjubaejarklaustur in the south of Iceland. Unlike many waterfalls in this part of Iceland, its flow is not particularly strong, allowing the stream of water to be blown across the cliff face, depending on the direction and strength of the wind. I spent some hours watching it being blown back and forth across the full width of the rock, like a liquid pendulum. I was trying to find a way to photograph it that would encapsulate the rather random, and divergent nature of its journey. This series of multiple exposures was the result...
