DESCRIPTION
The High Roller in Las Vegas NV is a 520' diameter Ferris wheel with enclosed, rotating capsules for the riders. It is essentially a giant, spoked bicycle wheel that springs out of the Nevada desert surrounded by palm trees and fountains.
