Conceptual nominee

My submission consists of five self-portraits from a series of ten in which I intend to portray the human being as part of the nature. The mud on my skin is to symbolize the common origin between humans and nature. Through the use of different poses and various symbolic props, these photographs tell the story of us, humans, as we go through the different phases of life and experience different emotions: Love, Longing, Seclusion, Acceptance, and Settling Down.
