Five images from In the Winter Garden, an ongoing series of black and white botanicals.
As the lush growth and color of other seasons fall away, the garden takes on a contemplative mood. Form and structure are all that remain, emphasized by a distinct lack of color.
I’ve used a variety of black and white treatments to enhance this effect.
