FLY (Series)
DESCRIPTION
Such a little hook. The beauty, the diversity, the different texture and colour made the flies fascinating, unique and with a strange kind of beauty.
AUTHOR
My interest in photography started over 20 years ago when I was travelling and photographing primitive arts in the Pacific for promotional purposes.
Since then I trained professionally in photography and have enjoyed travelling and working as a photographer for a wide variety of settings for private, public and international institutions in a variety of developed and developing countries.
I have especially enjoyed photography to promote the work of companies, and have been fortunate to have been contracted by embassies and United Nation Organisations for this purpose.
As a keen teacher of photography, I was privileged to be the founder of the Papua New Guinea Association of Photographers in 2010. The Association today has a large membership and regularly has sponsored exhibits of its members work in national galleries and other venues.
In 2015 I was awarded an Honourable Mention by the International
Photographers Association for “Shadows” in the Fine Arts: Still Life category.
