During one of our first conversations, I asked Craig to tell me what is the first thing about himself he would like to share with me. He replied "I love snowboarding".
Craig is a member of a small community in Washington State that is easy to drive through without noticing. It feels like a college campus where the main objective is to have fun and there is no adult supervision to prevent you from doing just that. It is not far from the truth; locals spend most of their time snowboarding and skiing. This carefree lifestyle, however, coexists with the sense of responsibility and maturity; their life choices are the results of their love for snowboarding.
Craig and many of his friends are in their 30s, financially independent individuals, home and business owners, some are parents who made conscious decisions to make the place their home.
