People nominee

This serie is an extract from my project : "A bridge between two cultures". I took pictures of Polynesian dancers on the bridges of Paris. The bridge is used as a symbol of a link that brings things closer together as the bridge connects the two sides of a shore. Here, it shows the link between modernity and tradition, between Europe and the Pacific Islands. These dancers were born or raised in Tahiti but have been living in Paris for a long time, continuing education or working. They are keeping their culture alive through dance, music and traditional costume design. It is also my tribute to my favorite dance, the Ori Tahiti and some amazing and graceful dancers and to my favorite city Paris.
