Shahrukh Mondal (A 7-year-old, rescued child at UTTARAN home – Center of an NGO & Indian-Railway where Railway-Police rescues children from rail-stations, some who ran away from home, some who have been shown the door by their parents, some who have been forced to get lost because of poverty, some who were on the verge of being sold.) with little hope to get his family back, never got demoralized and continued his struggle to establish through education and social-works. He was always against antisocial activities around rail-yards like drug scams & illegal income. He even got himself wounded while trying to protest.

Debiprasad is an Indian freelance documentary photographer based out of Kolkata, India. Though Debi is a Business Consultant by profession, but his strong passion for documentary photography & photojournalism made him travel to various countries like India, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, UAE, UK and USA. His photographic vision is not only to depict social, political and financial issues & conflicts but also to portray surreal beauty and the enduring power of the human spirit.
