A series of panoramic landscapes that encompass a whole day in one image in what began as a personal project to combine a series of shots taken over the course of a day into the night and then seamlessly merge into one single picture to create a totally unique photographic concept.
These five Night & Day images are from Southwold (UK), London (UK, Yalding (UK), Venice (Italy) and Dorset (UK). Each shoot demanded a selection of over a thousand photographs from which dozens of individual shots were digitally stitched together followed by over seventy-two hours of careful blending and colour correction to seamlessly blend night into day. To add some personal amusement to the image, the artist himself can be seen in a green shirt in each of the compositions.
