Conceptual nominee

I started this project after the death of my wife trying to convey my feelings about the lost love, the remaining emptiness and thoughts about life in general ...

In this project I create imaginary situations with miniature human figures and chairs, photograph it and add final touches in post processing to complete the art work.

Zeev Parush Israeli amateur photographer and painter for 40 years.

My work usually comprised of visual language that connects realism with a surrealistic or cynical twist, on the line between simple day to day imagery and self deep expressions.

Usually my images are staged and a result of careful planning, but I do leave some room for chance and spontaneity during the creation process.
