Nature nominee

I live in Provence, and with my family we like to go to Marseille after Christmas. There is often a lot of wind (Mistral) in Marseille, and this time like others, there was a strong wind. The see was stormy, we had to fight to stand in front of the wind, facing the see. I had to clean my camera from water drops every 2 minutes, it was a bit hard to take pictures without moving. We ended the day in this little creek, and the light of the finishing day made the see even more beautiful. I almost looks like a painting, it doesn't seem true but it is, I avoid post-treatment on pictures

I like to search for the beauty around me, event when it’s hidden. It’s almost a life philosophy…
I like my pictures to be the most spontaneous as possible, and I’m not really interested in technical aspects: I do very little post-processing or image editing. I rather focus on the composition, the moment and the place I take the picture. And if the light is not beautiful enough, or if there is something that hides the main subject, it’s just not the good moment or place to take the picture...
