Secret Spire (Single)
DESCRIPTION
This image is of a rock formation in Utah near the town of Moab. We attempted to find it using only the knowledge of our friend who had visited the location a few years earlier and headed out after sunset. It's located in a very remote location and with many attempts trying to find it using faulty memory and trial and error we finally came across it around 2:00am in the morning.
We set up some lights to help light the rock formation and proceeded to photograph and time lapse the milky way. This image is a panorama of a few images taken with my 50mm as I really wanted to have the milky way seem large in comparison to the rock formation.

C. Edward Brice (CEBImagery.com) has spent most of his life in the desert Southwest and grew up on the Navajo Indian reservation where his mother was a teacher. Edward studied at Arizona State University where he earned a degree in international marketing. Today Edward pursues an interest in all forms of digital media in an effort to catch
the moments of light that pass us by during our chaotic daily lives. Today Edward lives with his wife Anna in Scottsdale Arizona.
