Most countries have a traditional style of wrestling.They are called 'Pehalwan' in Hindi. The day starts at 3:30/4 am.The daily life of the wrestlers' is very restricted. There are many strict rules, what they can eat or do. Drinking, smoking are prohibited. In lunch time they cook their own meal. 4 pm they again start practice.
The red colour soil is very important to them. In India wrestling takes place in a clay or dirt pit. The soil is mixed with butter milk,yogurt, turmeric, red color and other things to make it soft and tended before each practice.
