A very peaceful calm-looking image of a crop of rock called "Kimmirutialuk." The name derives from the local Inuit - meaning "heel" in English. Hence, the name of the community - Kimmirut.
I captured this at around 9:30 in the morning of October 8, 2017 in Kimmirut, Nunavut (Canada) with a SAMSUNG ES70.
The clouds, along with the subtle colours presented: ques it, whether it was printed on a black & white film; or not.
amateur category
Beautiful muted gray. (Single)

AUTHOR
A self-proclaimed artist browsed through online websites, in hope of purchasing an affordable digital camera. It soon became apparent, as financial constraints prevented him from purchasing even a lower-end one.
On June 22, 2017: upon hearing, a recently retiree had just left a small arctic town for good, the minimalist scrounged through the said individual's dumpster. He knew, most people tend to throw away reusable goods. Well, lo and behold, he literally hit the lottery jackpot, by finding a SAMSUNG ES70!
After he ordering a battery pack and a memory card for it, he soon took up amateur photography. It readily became apparent, some of the captured portraiture of life around him, deserved broader exposure.
