Wildlife/Animals nominee

An elephant elephant silently moves across the savanna at night. I was on foot with a Maasai elder and soon found we were virtually surronded by the herd. We stayed quiet as the her came in to drink at the waterhole before moving off to browse. It was a moment in time I'll never forget. I wanted to create an image to portray the elephants' plight and give a sense of a disappearing world.
