Big Horn Mountain Sheep (Series)
DESCRIPTION
The following photos were taken at that Rio Grande in Taos, New Mexico. I spotted the Big Horn Mountain Sheep across the valley, it took me about an hour and a half to get to the other side, once I did I carefully made my way to them so as not to spook them. Eventually after getting so many good photos of the sheep, I just sat back and admired them for awhile, spotting the little things they would do like when they got an itch...or when they bumped heads with each other. It was a very special moment and I'm glad I was able to capture it on camera.
AUTHOR
My name is Michael Blanco I'm 18, I took a photography class for 2 years in high school. I took an interest in Photography when others told me I had a good eye for it. Ever since I have loved going on hikes and taking pictures. I take a lot of pictures of New Mexico wildlife as well as many landscapes and sunsets. I have a display rack set up at a locally owned shop in Taos, NM with wildlife and nature greeting cards. Someday I hope to be a professional Wildlife Photographer and publish my work in wildlife magazines.
