The Architecture of the Underground (Series)
DESCRIPTION
An ongoing series, I have been documenting the architecture of Londons famous underground transport network for the past two years. From the glass and steel behemoths of the 90s Jubilee Line extension, such as Canada Water and Canary Wharf to Charles Holden's "brick boxes with concrete lids" - there is an incredible breadth of design on display and one which is quite often unappreciated, especially the stations on the periphery of the network, in what is known as 'Metroland'.
