Beyond The Wall (Series)
DESCRIPTION
Noise protection walls along highways are an element of infrastructure architecture. But the impression they create when looked at from the outside is a multifaceted one: Landscape art installations, walls that hide the reason for their mere existence, barriers to our horizon that make us reflect about what walls do to our thinking, sculptures that can be photographed like pieces of art. (shot in medium format on analog B/W film)

Business consultant and photographer, born 1964 in Vienna/Austria, grown up and lived in Italy, Germany and Austria, photographic education as an advertising photographer assistant, at Fotoschule Wien and at Anzenberger Masterclass, highly dedicated to conceptual photography, member of Kreta Kollektiv
