Nature 3rd place winner

My friends and I had travelled to the Deadvlei, Namib-Naukluft Park in Namibia. This was a first road trip of us in Namibia. I love this place, a friendly people of this country and the pure nature always can leave you stunned. These is an amazing phenomenon of nature. These photograph reminds me how beautiful the nature is. I will definitely never forget this place.

Hi, my name is Jirawat Plekhongthu. I was born in 1990 and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. My hometown is Prachuap khirikhan, Thailand.

The turning point of my life to become a photographer was during my last year in the university. I took photography course and found myself falling in love with sharing the beauty of surrounding, such as nature, wild life and animal to everyone through my view of art. Since then, I seriously started learning about photography with my passion. Afterwards, I have had many opportunities to experience different kind of photography in the way as a full-time photographer.
