- Honey, the house is drowning.
The project aims to make the unity between image and memory to function with imagination. At some point, Pascal Quignard questioned: How can an image be missing within itself? the answer was imagination arising from the desire to observe absence in images. Due to the premise, I try to give an own memory to the objects portrayed.

Karla G. Guerrero (Mexico City, 1993) received her Bachelor of Communication from Universidad de La Comunicación and her Diplomas in Photography from Academia de Artes Visuales and Fundación Pedro Meyer. Her work has been reviewed and featured in international magazines, as well has been exhibited in Mexico, Spain, and Greece. In June of 2017, her one-person show "Ser Ahí" was exhibited at BFOTO Festival, in Barbastro, Spain. Recently awarded the 1st prize and Honorable Mention in Chromatic Awards International Color Photography Contest.
In her work natural light is the main resource. Natural spaces and Still Life are the common 'scenarios' in which she develops her stories. She sees photography as a way of creating, experimenting and dialoguing with oneself as with others.
