Men and women are sometimes inhabited by a passion that leaves them only the choice to live it. This passion is facetious and depending on the case, it feeds them, exhausts them, and builds them.
"Every man in his night goes to his light." If this allegory of Victor Hugo seems to be the goal for many of us, it takes all its strength for people living their passion. Entering into their intimacy pushes us to question ourselves, to go beyond the limits of our own darkness, to register in the present, in order to find the necessary meaning for the fulfillment of our lives.
What would life be without passion?
For Cerise/ young dancer, Jean-Luc/ architect, Serge/ artisan confectioner, Christine/ olive oil grower and Jean/ Fisherman, the answer is "something meaningless", "boring", "nothingness ".
