The Christian and military order of Santa María of Spain, originally from the 13th century, reborn in Cartagena thanks to the inspiration emerged in the country of the rising sun.

Trained as University Expert in Photography, Senior Technical Specialist in Telecommunications, Image and Sound. In 1998 he began to work in press photography and has worked in different regional newspapers during more than 10 years. He has made specific publications in national newspapers like El Mundo, El País, La Gaceta, La Vanguardia, 20 Minutos, Sport, ABC and magazines XL Semanal, Sterling Magazine, Época, Don Balon, Ser Padres and Cosmopolitan. He now works as a freelance photographer under the trademark Qapta.es. He has been a correspondent in the area since 2001 at Marca, a contributor to the OptaSport, Tass, Pacific Press and Alamy. He is a member of the ANIGP-TV (National Association of Press Photographers). He has conducted and coordinated the photographic edition of the book “Una Historia, una Fiesta” published by the Federation Troops and Legions, and “Rise, the last voyage of the submarine Peral” published by the Naval Museum of Cartagena. Finished 2nd in the X National Photographic Creation Award “Luis Ksado” with the report “Lorca reborn”, finalist in the III International Festival of Sport Communication LFP, finalist XLVI edition of the Army, and second prize at the XII Awards Book edition of the magazine Superfoto Práctica.
