Nebula (Single)
DESCRIPTION
I have decided to view the Ocean in a different way this past year. I have noticed majority of people shooting in the water would use a wide angle lens. Seeing everything in one composition is great and all but what happens if you can get a deeper perspective? The sand was captivating me and I wanted to have a close encounter with my 100mm lens. The Ocean is my place of prayer and it is a blessing to live by it. I named this piece "Nebula" because it reminded me of "The Pillars of Creation". The scary part about getting this type of shot is making sure the wave does not rip my head off while I look into the viewfinder!
