DESCRIPTION
AUTHOR
Christian Pracht, born in 1977, lives and works in the Leipzig area/ Germany. Since his childhood he has been practicing in almost all facets of photography. Later, more importance was attached to composition and composition and finally to the fascination of black and white photography. Here, only classic recording techniques from small to medium format are used, exposed films are self-developed. Although the enlargements are also prepared in the photo lab, the hybrid way of working is generally preferred. After scanning the negative, there are more options in terms of flexibility of materials, formats and other presentation options than would be possible in the classic darkroom. In addition to landscape photography, minimalist and abstract images are his preferred recording area. Especially interesting trees, in groups or alone, slow down any hike or trip.
