'World of Illusion' reveals something unknown or unseen.

The melancholic, icy landscape depicts the illusion of a seemingly real and existent place. Constructed using mixed media within a tank installation, it separates perception from reality. By representing a figurative landscape, it allows the human mind to interpret an idea or visual that is entirely fictional, yet deceptively present.

My name is Leah Nicole Talliss and I am a freelance fine art photographer, who specialises in landscape and nature photography. Primarily using a macro lens to capture the aesthetic visuals of the world. Challenging themes of imagination and creativity alongside the embedded emotional connection between us humans and the realities of the physical world. In particular how we react, reflect and respond to the landscape and the world around us, gently highlighting the issues that surround the sustainability and reservation of our natural ecosystem. I am concerned with the idea of abstraction, by changing perception within the lens, encouraging viewers to see things through a different perspective.
