DESCRIPTION
In my works I wanted to show that the human body, its arrangement and perspective we take, can be very meaningful on their own. Without showing faces and facial expressions; the main means of communication we can convey many emotions (strength, freedom, sadness or loneliness). All portraits were captured on a black background to make them seem to be detached from the real space. In this way I wanted to focus the viewer's attention on the model, to intensify the feelings flowing from the composition. In addition, I used strong directional lighting, which was then given a silver shade in the photographs. This was to give the model a statue image. All these treatments were supposed to lead the viewer to reflect on how our perception of the human body changes when we look at it from an unusual perspective and with appropriate lighting. How our feelings towards the photographed person from an unusual angle gain a different expression.
