Sossusvlei Sandstorm (Series)
DESCRIPTION
Deadvlei in Sossusvlei, Namibia is a clay pan region characterised by dead skeletal acacia trees set against steep sand dunes. During my visit an unexpected sandstorm blasted through the region. I fought against the elements for an hour to record a fairly unique set of images. Other tourists and photographers had retreated to their vehicles. I was in my element.
