The “Tre Cime di Lavaredo” seen from the opposite side to what everyone knows.
An panoramic made just behind the peaks, during the my recent crazy adventure in the Dolomites!
It was the most exciting but challenging night, with temperatures going down to -16c and strong gusts of wind that greatly complicated the shooting phase, forcing us to wait for the right time repaired in a trench carved into the snow.
A photo planned in detail, with the Milky Way that rides the Tre Cime along with Andromeda, while on the right, the Christmas comet (46P / Wirtanen) and the constellation of Orion close to the lights of Auronzo di Cadore city.

AUTHOR
Born in the province of Naples in 1989, I have always been fascinated by photography since I was a child. I still remember the many disposable cameras I bought to shoot whatever I liked.
With the technological development I have always looked with interest to every electronic device that had particular photographic performances until, one day, I had the courage to buy my first SLR.
From that moment on it was love and, starting to try out various photographic genres, I immediately felt a strong interest in what is the world of landscape and nature.
Following this direction with passion, today I can say that I have found what moves me the most, night photography!
Finding myself in the dark of night, under a sea of stars, has now become my greatest passion, my goal is to explore the most fascinating and dark corners of the planet, bring home new emotions and feelings to share them, together with my knowledge and photographic techniques, with anyone who wants to join the journey!
