I took these photos during the 9 months I spent in Syria in 2018.
I kept my lens away from the brutality of the destruction and tried to focus on the normality of daily life.
The war left deep scars there, but people will always be ready to sit together and talk about life and future while sharing some tea.

DESCRIPTION
AUTHOR
Thanks to my job, I have the privilege to travel all over the world, generally in places that are not easily accessible, mostly conflict areas.
I have always been taking photos to try to catch what was going on around me, especially when everything was new.
I am currently working and living in Syria, where I have the chance to witness how life is raising back through ashes.
This is the story I'm trying to tell, through the lens of my camera.
